Tax Technologies and Solutions for the Trucking Industry

2011: Year in Review

It has been a great pleasure serving each of our clients during 2011. Each year, our staff sets the highest standards in full-service Fuel Tax and HOS reporting and we move forward with a sense of resourcefulness and innovative approaches in all of our service offerings.

This past year, DISA Transportation Compliance [DTC] saw many achievements that helped us to shine. In the summer of 2011, we launched our Informatics Division which includes reporting services that allow us to turn raw data into reports that may be used by drivers, operations and corporate staffs to make valuable business decisions. Included are EOBR/E-logs Analysis; sending HOS violations and equipment issues directly to your inbox, Automated Out-of-Route reporting; DTC’s reporting tool that directly delivers OOR mileage for all trips that closed in the previous 24-hour period, and Toll Cost Analysis; reporting that provides you with information needed to recapture and analyze your toll road charges. For more information on these services, please visit the Our Services tab.

We also saw a strong presence of clients and prospects at TMW Transforum in Dallas, TX and the McLeod Users’ Software conference in Chicago, IL. With the launch of a newly designed DTC website, we have consolidated our Roadtax reporting and DTC websites into one allowing a simple, uniform location for our web-based services.

Throughout the year, DTC prides itself in participating in various philanthropic causes to make a difference in the lives of those in need. In 2011, our staff chose Toys for Tots and the Akron-Canton Regional Food Bank as a primary focus. Food and toy drives were held and collections were delivered to our local branches in the Stow, Ohio area. In addition to local focus, DTC is a proud founding sponsor of Crisis Housing Solutions, a certified non-profit organization dedicated to fighting homelessness. For more information on DTC’s philanthropic efforts, please visit our Corporate Philanthropy page.

In 2012, we continue to push forward with a consultative approach to service. At DTC, we understand that each company is different. This year, we ensure that we will be utilizing technology, industry resources and, most importantly, your concerns to develop products and services that will best serve you.

The DTC staff wishes your company great success as we move forward into the New Year.
