Chuck Farone
General Manager

Chuck joined DISA Transportation Compliance [DTC] in 2002 as an intern in the fuel tax department. Throughout his career at DTC, he has held positions including Account Manager, Department Manager, and Director of Tax.
He holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Akron and an MBA from the University of Ashland with a concentration in Finance.

Eric Shriver
Director of Tax and Licensing

Eric joined DTC in 1999 and has served in various capacities including inside and outside sales, director of client services and as a tax accountant for DTC’s paper based clients. He also oversees DTC’s licensing and permitting, property tax, federal form 2290 filings and reefer / PTO refund claims department.
Eric holds a BS in Business and Organizational Communications with a Minor in Sales and Marketing from the University of Akron.

Andrew Jackson
IT Manager

Andy is responsible for managing all aspects of DTC’s technology infrastructure. He joined DTC in 2006 and has been involved in the planning, design, and implementation of all hardware and software development. From day-to-day operations of all systems and services to the development of new product lines, Andy and his department oversee all aspects of IT at DTC.
Andy holds a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of Akron.

Casey Dorman
Director, HOS Compliance

Casey began his career at DTC after several years of experience working the operations side of a few local carriers. While coming on board with DTC in 2005, he has gradually broadened his experience with driver compliance to include a thorough knowledge of all U.S. Federal and Canadian HOS rules and regulations. He now ensures the most comprehensive compliance reporting services possible for hundreds of clients across the U.S. and Canada.
Casey holds a BA from Kent State University.

Alyson Arnold Seaman
Manager, Business Development

Alyson joined DTC in 2009 and has served in various capacities including Account Management, Licensing & Permitting, Accounts Receivable and Business Development. Prior to joining DTC, Alyson was an Account Manager and Licensing Clerk for T-Chek Systems from 1999-2009. Alyson has 14+ years of experience in the Transportation Industry and is now utilizing her skills and knowledge in outside sales and client retention. In her free time, Alyson enjoys baking, traveling and spending time with her family.
