Automated Out-of-Route Reporting

OTS’s Out-of-Route reporting tool delivers OOR mileage for all trips that closed in the previous 24-hour period.

OTS captures GPS and Dispatch data along with any fuel purchases. Data is audited for accuracy; GPS is matched together with the dispatch data and along with fuel purchases to provide an OOR analysis. This report is delivered next morning via email to the customer’s inbox. (i.e., Monday’s OOR will be delivered Tuesday morning.) Reports are sent in Excel format with clickable fields that link back to the OTS reporting site. OOR data is displayed in an interactive map format (GPS and Dispatch) which includes the detail of miles and routes for each itinerary. Parameters and distribution of the reports are configurable to specific customer needs.
